Assessment-first hiring for growing SMEs

Identify the most suitable candidates
before reviewing CVs.

Psych-Fit's behavioural assessment ranks your applicants first, so you significantly reduce CV screening time, lower recruitment costs, and make better hiring decisions backed by evidence.

Helping SMEs recruit directly with confidence.

The problem

Every hire costs you time you don't have, and money you can't waste.

CV-first recruitment was built for a slower, smaller applicant pool. For growing SMEs, it now creates more cost, more noise and more risk with every hire.

Wasted screening hours

Hours spent sifting CVs your team doesn't have to spare.

CVs you can't trust

AI-polished applications make genuine potential harder to spot.

Weak interview signal

Interviews starting from CVs miss what actually predicts performance.

Costly mis-hires

A single wrong hire can wipe out months of margin for a small team.

The shift

Assessment-first hiring. Not CV-first hiring.

The same three steps. A very different starting point.

Founder

Why I Built Psych-Fit

Traditional hiring relies too heavily on CVs, previous job titles and years of experience. Throughout my career in recruitment, business transformation and organisational psychology, I repeatedly saw capable people overlooked because employers couldn't see beyond their CV, and SMEs paying the highest price when a hire didn't work out.

I founded Psych-Fit to change that.

Psych-Fit was developed by Edward Bowman, MSc Organisational Psychology, combining evidence-based assessment principles with modern technology to help employers make better hiring decisions. The result is a more complete picture of candidate potential, so growing businesses can hire with confidence.

My goal is simple: help SMEs make fairer, smarter hiring decisions while giving every candidate a genuine chance to demonstrate their potential.
