Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Psych-Fit platform. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Psych-Fit lawfully and professionally. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access another organisation's data, reverse-engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@psychfit.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

Ownership of customer data

Employers retain ownership of the role definitions, candidate records and assessment results within their workspace. Psych-Fit acts as a data processor for that information and uses it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Candidates retain rights over their personal data.

Service availability

Psych-Fit is currently offered on a best-effort basis suitable for pilots and early commercial use. We do not commit to a formal uptime SLA at this stage. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates or change functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

Psych-Fit assessment outputs are decision-support signals. They are not a substitute for human judgement, and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring or rejection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psych-Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
